How do folks that aren't selected for the "SUF Angler Development Program" take advantage what I'm sure will be excellent learning opportunities?

I prefer the liquidity and flexibility of the of the present cadence.

Yes, there are local opportunities however, I should have included my brother lives in a different state than I do.

This is the great struggle for me, even with all the good information.  What depth should I start looking?  The shallow docks are a clue, I think, but I'm starting to believe there always a small number of fish up shallow.  Understanding when to look deep or shallow is the key. At least for me.

The one thing that stood out to me was the addition information decerned from the resident species search.

I haven't mastered the Google earth tool yet, but I spend a lot of time studying and comparing chart solutions. I run all Garmin electronics so use for familiarity's sake, but I have to admit the C-Map charts are more detailed, I also use i-boating as a source on rare occasions.
