Matthew Dennis If you don't mind a little drive the Ochlocknee River State Park is another great place to catch fresh and saltwater fish.  Another option is to fish the St. George bridge for Sheepshead and other game fish.

With a chatter bait being one of my confidence baits. I would probably drag a green pumpkin bladed jig over the top of the grass.

I’m not sure about the tide especially with out any idea where you’ll be. I would be surprised if the reds or trout will still be that far inland this time of year, at least from my experience. However I have seen mullet way up rivers year round.

It’s a 3/8 ounce head with a 4 inch Bandito bug body and the problem that I was trying to work out was , it kept rising in the water column. So I thought a trailer with a little more bulk might help to keep it down closer to the bottom..

BLat, did you by chance redo this one?  I would love to understand this better.
