In my defense I was practicing for a tournament on a new body of water.

This sounds great but I imagine I'm too cheap to afford your stuff, but this sounds great.

The lakes in the Raleigh NC area are blown out their banks and muddy.Ā  It does however make for some newish waters to fish. I was able to push way up in a feeder creek that would normally be a no go on the boat.Ā  There also so seem to be a good number of bait balls in the muddy water.

That is cool

I target option D. All the above, or whichever species bites.Ā  LoL

That is the only fish I managed to boat, however I let a smaller fish shake off at the boat and a what felt like a much larger fish broke me off.Ā  I went back to the same area today and the water had gone down a good bit but was still about the color of chocolate milk. I did manage to get a few more bites and boat a couple 15"ers.Ā  Caught one on a black and blue chatter bait with a Bandito bug trailer, black and blue gig with a Bandito bug trailer and a third one a square bill crank. I also missed 2 decent bites on a Texas rigged Bandito bug.
