Ron Rhone I know Lake Julliette, in Julliette, Ga had hundreds of blow up out in the surface of 39' deep water, on the north end.. pretty sure they were striper but I think bass were probably mixed in with them...about 4 pm, blow ups were everywhere, near the bank and out deep...
