Some of the places I get to are definitely remote... The jonboats and bass boats can't get over the shoals I have to cross to get to the big's.. and with my 24v 50ab Bluetooth battery, I can go 12 or 15 miles up, 12 or 15 miles back down and still have juice to spare... (and half of that is going up against current..!)

Ed K if you look back at some of my catches, most were on a brazalo bushwacker buzzbait with a white zoom horny toad trailer... good luck.!

I see you're in a bass boat, in New York possibly? Ive never fished there, but try some topwater out.. I bet it'll work...💪‼️

Definitely.! Shoal bass are the best fighting bass ive ever caught.. and especially the 4+ pounders..! Thanks for reading it.!

What river, what state? If I were you, id keep a buzzbait or a bone choppo tied on and reel it right over submerged logs, throw it right up on the bank almost... Sounds like you were successful with the spinnerbait, couldve been a time of day thing as to why u stopped getting bites.. if you went down river, go up river next trip... Not sure what you're fishing out of... but if you have a motorized kayak or boat, go up river casting off of the most comfortable side, as far as u can then come back down the other side.. but rught now topwater is on fire here in Georgia.. id definitely keep a buzzbait and a choppo at the ready.. a zoom speed worm, and speed craw works good on rivers too... all this info has a lot to do with where you're at, and weather you're bank, boat, pedal/paddle/motorized kayak angler..

Congratulations.!!

Same here... in the South we just dont think about them much... could be a game changer for that fact alone..something the bass havent seen a lot of.
