Thanks guys.. and yes, it was an awesome find.. It looked like to me, cause three of them in one tree were all tangled up together.. looks like they got one hung up, then we're casting the other ones trying to free it.. lol. Just my guess, but on a big tree, with no way to get to it unless you were in a kayak and they obviously weren't.. maybe that happened.. but yeah, I even tied the popping frog on and 5 casts later caught a 3.38lb bass..lol

It's a small pond near the oconee river.. actually, the huge gator *there's a small one there also) that lives there goes back and forth between the river and a pond, thru a creek.. I'm supposed to keep quiet about the pond, but I've never been a good gatekeeper..last year I caught a 23.50" and several 21 and 22's... if u go, and run into anyone just don't tell them I told u..lol... it's public tho.. called Georgia pond number 9..right across from central state boatramp..
