I’ve also been wondering the same thing. From what I’ve read the only negative is your boat will spin,so if you want to fish from the front you need to position your boat properly to spin in the direction of the water flow. Would love to hear if anyone has only one on their boat and how it works.

I live in NY in between Oneida lake and Lake Ontario. I can be to either one in about 20 minutes

Thank you, I’ll be fishing grass a lot more. That was the most fun I’ve had fishing in the river in 5-6 weeks.

I just joined this last week and have been watching a lot of videos. I usually avoid weeds and I’m not sure why after watching videos on here. Today I watched the one about fishing in weeds and finding the differences like open holes or edges. So naturally it made me want to go fishing. I targeted only weeds and in 45 minutes caught 5. Thanks to everyone for posting their stories and helpful tips.
