It's a small world, and a big SUF world at the same time... Me and a friend, Corey Richardson, were fishing on the Ocmulgee river in our kayaks, and ran into Matthew Dennis on the river, another SUF student..! I'm sure we'll be fishing together soon, chasing those shoal bass, spots and largemouth...!! The Ocmulgee has them all, that's one reason I love to fish there..!last trip there, I caught all 3 PLUS a fat bream..

Shakey Heads aren’t supposed to work on Peacocks. Agitated them enough on their bed. Got 2 on SMH Purple Rain a few minutes ago.

Couldn’t find the kicker today on Kerr, but I was fortunate to place in the top 25. Only took 16lbs to win. Can’t complain as it was my first time on this lake as a boater. 3 more tourneys this month so time to lock in for next Saturday. Wishing everyone else May success on the water rather it be just for fun, or in the tourney scene!

just started fishin this year , smh jigheads/worms are game changing went from catchin nothin to a 5day streak all on the same shakeyhead worm

Was able to get out with one of my buddy’s son today. In a 20 boat field, 11 skunks made an appearance on the board. We were fortunate to finish 5th. Youth really know how to keep you in a positive mindset when on the water!
Sorry I’ve been playing hookie from class! Happy Easter all!

Okay, the confidence is back. Today, I weighed 6 lbs 6.5 oz, 3 lbs 3 oz, and several 1 - 2 lbs. I had my wife with me for good luck. Water temperatures ranged from 48 to 55. The windy open water was 48, while the shallow isolated water was 55. The males were everywhere, including that shallow 55, while the females seemed deeper and tight to cover. I had my confidence bait and rod: a Genesis rod - 7'0" Med-Heavy Fast and a 3/8 oz jig with 3-inch trailers, color green/brown.
