🤩🤩🥳🥳🥳yasssssya girl is getting after it 😄😄😄
Took the kayak out today for a scenic tour. Threw a line out also and caught a few nice bass. Then the snakehead showed up to give me a good fight. Water was dirty so used baits with a blade to catch them.
Just wasn’t in the mood for the big water today went to a little local urban Pond and had some fun with a couple dinks
Teaching them the importance of bass fishing!! Hope they stay with me in this!! It’s the only thing I feel comfortable teaching them lol
Starting to feel like fall here in Texas, had to take off class this morning to make sure, I’m ready to go for a big fundraiser tournament this weekend. Caught them all scoping with a 110+1 with some lead to keep it down around the brush piles. Let’s hope a few more like these are waiting for us on Saturday! 🤞
5.75#’er caught this afternoon in Unity Maine. What a beauty of a day!

My apologies earlier I didn’t pay attention and posted a pic of 2 lber I caught day before yesterday…. lol I’m surprised nobody commented . It should have been the one one the left (I had livewell issue unfortunately and this beautiful girl didn’t make it ) so we made the best of it enjoying fish taco’s that night. The one on right I caught on Logan Martin north of goat island on an offshore roadbed that crosses the main channel from the island all way across main channel to a point about 1000 yards away. Their is 2 sections of this roadbed you can find a couple storm drain pipe culverts and ditch line that gain 5-7’ depth compared to majority of the roadbed providing added bottom features / cover and an ambush area for feeding. I was fishing a jerkbait & swim jig fish were suspended from 4-5’ off bottom to as high as 12-14 water depth average about 27-28’. With best five on these two sections of roadbed yielding bag approximately 22.5-23lbs decent fall day on the Coosa.
