I learned something Sunday! My SMH Chiggercraw let me down for the first time this summer. So, I tied on a Fuzzy TRD with Shroomz 1/5 oz head. First Ned rig and first fuzzy bait. Caught 6 better than average size with 3lb largemouth the best one. Blat was right…it’s snaggy but the Bass responded. I appreciate this community goals of pivoting and learning something new!

After a long day we finish tenth out of 26 boats very hard day fishing didn't get a bite till noon but finished with a limit and culled twice 11.24 but all in all a great day with some new friends

This tournament did not have the results I wanted but I choose to be positive, learn and enjoy the processs and grind. Being uncomfortable is usually when you are learning. It was so memoriable and I had a blast weighing my one 1-10 fish. Mike B. the tournament director is great! Happiness is a choice you can make too.
Small details matter in the summer. Sometimes bass use something as small as the lip on a bridge piling as a ambush point.
Caught my PB smallmouth today…fishing the upper end of lake where I normally only catch Largemouth. 3lb smally…SMH strikes again!
