I’m heading up to Kerr Lake because it’s most similar to Lake Murray, which is where the first tournament of the season is in two weeks. I just really feel like I’m not prepared yet so I need to get them practice hours in.

Both, reds and trout are up in rivers and creeks. Fresh water the only fish we saw on graph were 20’ deep.

I’ve been in north Florida since Christmas. Conditions here are colder than normal and windy. Water temp low 60s. I’ll heading back to NC tomorrow. Hopefully on the water Saturday. Forecast is cold cold back home. However no rain so probably clear ish.

Honestly I haven’t thought about goals till I saw this post. It made me consider what I’d like to accomplish this year relative to fishing.
